Getting out and being together with family and friends can be a challenge right now. Virtual Experiences allow you to take on a full escape room experience with your friends and family no matter where you are in the world! Our virtual escape rooms bring you together to connect, have fun, and make memories through an online experience.
Here’s how it works:
You will log into Zoom (a free video conferencing program) with your team. The Virtual Experience Host will join the Zoom to get you started and help answer any questions you may have. Your Game Master will already be in the room with a live camera feed. You will then work with your team to direct your Game Master through the experience. You will find clues and they will appear in your digital dashboard which will then help you to solve puzzles and complete your mission in 60 minutes!

Minimum Purchases
There’s no minimum when it comes to actually playing, but you must purchase a minimum of 4 spots to reserve a game.
How do I start my game?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after reserving a game time with some helpful and important information. You will then receive a second email from Telescape with your Zoom link and a link to get into your inventory dashboard. You will need to share the Telescape email link with your team. 15 minutes prior to the start of your game make sure that you and your team click the Start Zoom button and then go back to that link and click on the Start button to enter the inventory dashboard.
Can more than one person play from the same device?
Reservations are made for players, not devices. If you have more than one player on a single device, each of those players would require a paid reservation.
Is there an age limit?
Nope! We rate each game just like a movie, parent discretion is advised. Some game content may be too difficult for players under 13. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone under 16.
